Hello and Welcome !
I’m back again today with our talented group of Global Demonstrators, in this months Hop, as we sadly wave goodbye to some of our favourites retiring from the Stampin’ Up! catalogue. All the items I am sharing today that are retiring have been marked (R).
If you have just joined me from Cheryl’s Blog or as one of my followers, a big warm English welcome to you. Today I am featuring First Frost stamps #148420 (R) and Frosted Bouquet Dies #147895 (R). I will be sad to see this bundle retire and will holding on to mine for a while longer.
With the NEW Annual Catalogue, comes five NEW In-Colours 2020-2022. The 2018-2020 In-Colours will therefore be retiring. I am featuring two of the colours that will retire from our colour palette on 2nd June, Lovely Lipstick (R) and Call Me Clover (R).
My base card is Thick White card #140490 with a with another Whisper White card #106549 mat layer, embossed using the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder #152321 (R).
For the topper, I cut an 8.5cm x 6.5cm piece of In-Colour 2018-2020 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper #146963 (R).
The outer frame from the Frosted Bouquet Dies #147895 (R) was cut from Lovely Lipstick and Call Me Clover card respectively.
The inner frame was stamped with the festive sentiment from First Frost Cling Stamps #148913 (R) using Lovely Lipstick Classic Ink Pad #147140 (R) or Call Me Clover Classic Ink Pad #147139 (R) on Whisper White card.
Next, I Die cut some delicate sprigs from Silver Glimmer Paper #146960 (R) and attached to card, tucking under a couple of corners.
Stamp some large and small blooms using the coordinating ink pad, and die cut from respective dies. Attach to topper as in photo, partly on Stampin’ Dimensionals #104430 and Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755.
I hope you have enjoyed my post today and would love you to leave me a quick comment before hopping to Libby‘s Blog to see what she has to share with you today.
