Welcome to our ‘Share It Sunday’ Blog Hop
Today I’ve joined the talented Demonstrators over at Crafty Collaborations group of Global Demonstrators with another round of ‘Share It Sunday’ projects.
Let me help you …
Who else has lots of ribbons laying loose in cupboards or drawers and can never find what you need ?
That was me but hey …….. but a while back I made some containers from one sheet of card, then repeated until I had sufficient. I now keep ones made from Basic Black card as my ‘currently available’ stock.
Rainbow anyone ?
I have soooooo many reels of ribbons, which have accumulated over the many years of crafting. I decided that, like organising my card scraps so I actually USE them, I would do the same with my ribbons. Most of them are retired from Stampin’ Up! but I have also been gifted others or purchased for a particular gift/project.
Keep those Ribbon Scraps!
This technique has been one of my favourites for a while. I always encourage my crafting friends and Customers to keep those pieces of waste ribbon, when neatly trimming the ends of bows. I have small storage jars which fit in my ribbon drawers.
Both of these are Basic White Notecards & Envelopes. A top layer is essential to hide all the working on the reverse.
Click on the Youtube Thumbnail below and watch my ‘Live’ Tutorial showing your how to make both the container from one sheet of cardstock and these two Notecards.
I hope you have enjoyed my project today. Enjoy your hop round the rest of the group today. Simple click on the NEXT button below and continue on your tour of wonderful projects.
Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you back here soon.
Crafty hugs, Sandra x
