Welcome to the Blog
For ideas, inspiration and tutorialsANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER ….
Having not been able to make previous classes, Tracey was pleased to join us yesterday at my Craft Studio and finally make her wreath. I love to see all the different colour combinations and here Tracey used Designer Series Papers she earned for FREE during Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration 2016. Being able to hold classes at home, I always encourage customers to book a mutually convenient date to repeat classes they were unable to attend...

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY
Today I thought I'd share a technique I love, making my own Card Candy dots. Similar plain circles can be purchased from craft stores, however I prefer to make my own, as I prefer them to be in exactly the same shade of card that I use on my project. Start by grabbing any small circle punch and some card scraps. I find the Owl Builder punch has some perfectly sized circles for my projects. Place on a soft mat (or back if any old foam backed mouse mat) and...
BUSINESS CARD HOLDER
Here are some of my handmade Business cards and Business card holder project that I shared at our Stampin' Up! Team meeting today, updating with the Botanical Blooms theme. I designed the box around a swap I received from a fellow demonstrator Jo, in 2014, but resized larger to meet my requirements and then decorated with new current products, for a completely new look. This bundle is one of my favourites in the current catalogue. For those of you familiar with Stampin' Up!...
WEDDING MAKES
Today my dear friend and 'adopted' Mum Pat, visited me at my Studio for help finishing some more of her grandson's wedding stationery. On previous visits we had a marathon die-cutting session with the Curvy Keepsake die from Stampin' Up! It is amazing all the different cute boxes that can be created with this set. Today we filled Boxes with a mini cello bag containing 3 Elizabeth Shaw mints with a small 'pinch' of homemade confetti. This was hand-tied with...
ONLINE DEMO SWAP – February
The theme set for February's monthly online Demo swaps was to create either an Easter or a Mothers Day card. The organiser posted our swaps in the mail today, so I can't wait to receive mine in the next few days. When the challenge got posted on our Facebook group, I wasn't sure whether to enter. I'm not one to send Easter cards but then I thought, along the theme of '#Imbringingbirthdaysback' and sending more cards, perhaps I could send a couple of special cards to my two...
GRATEFUL BUNCH & BLOSSOM PUNCH BUNDLE
Today I'm sharing a few of my customer thank you notes for some recent orders, with another batch cut ready to stamp before the next two boxes arrive this week. Here I used Sahara Sand card for card bases cut to 14cm x 7cm, added a 6cm square of Black card then stamped images from Grateful Bunch stamp and punch bundle with Daffodil Delight ink pad onto Whisper White card, to create this selection of notelets. Remember that until 31st March, for every £45 you spend, you...
CARD CANDY PLANNING
Following our 'fun crafting sleepover' at the weekend, one of my new Downlines stopped over a 2nd night, for me to help her with her Card Candy swaps she is joining in with at Stampin' Up! On Stage event in April. This is the first time Sandra (yes, another one) has created anything like this so, being very keen and with lots of my previous swaps to look at for ideas, work commenced. I think there were more punches out on my tables than in the pigeon holes on the wall !! I'm...
