Today I thought I'd share a technique I love, making my own Card Candy dots.  Similar plain circles can be purchased from craft stores, however I prefer to make my own, as I prefer them to be in exactly the same shade of card that I use on my project.  Start by grabbing any small circle punch and some card scraps.
