Beautiful Floral card from Sale-A-Bration DSP

Today our Inspire, Create, & Share (I.C.S.) monthly Blog Hop Team are once again hopping around the Globe with the, as we share our ‘Sale-A-Bration Inspiration’ creations. You may have joined me from Joni’s Blog or as one of my followers, a big warm English welcome to you.

My share today features the Favoured Flowers Designer Series Papers, available FREE from Sale-A-Bration #160833, featured on p11 of the Sale-A-Bration brochure.

Don’t be put off by these dark and dense Designer Series Papers. Once you start working with them, they really are so gorgeous to work with.

Here I have added a layer of Vellum, using a similar floral design, to lighten the background and enhance my focal image.

I love when Stampin’ Up! coordinate products like these. Add on the coordinating Fragrant Flowers stamp & Die bundle from the January to July Mini Catalogue, and you will; be able to die-cut many of the images featured in the papers.

For this Blog Hop share, I have used the Basic White notecards & Envelopes, available in a pack of 10 and just the perfect size to carry around in your handbag.

This ‘Flip-Flap card’ just needed a small piece of Thick Basic White to add another dimension. I showcased both the front and back of one of the Designer Series Papers, finishing with minimal decoration.
