Perennial Lavender Suite Collection

For todays post, I’m sharing these three Notecards & Envelopes, created using the Perennial Lavender Suite collection last night on my ‘Live’ (link at the bottom). It’s one of my favourite layouts using a 6″x6″ Designer Series Paper, from the Perennial Lavender Suite.

Basic White Notecards and Envelopes are always a crafting essential for me. They are so convenient and are really popular for classes and recipients. Making a quick Trio like this is a fabulous way to use your 6″x6″ Designer Series Papers.

For my first card I added a panel of Gorgeous Grape cardstock. To save ‘wasting’ the middle layer, I ‘gutted’ a few of the single stems from the centre before adhering down. The sentiment is from So Sincere stamp set, which was in the Autumn/Winter catalogue, however, it will be carrying over into a future publication. The Dies are from Stylish Shapes Dies, which feature Square and Circle layering stitched Dies plus four stitched Banner Dies.

This card was very similar to the first except the sentiment was taken from Sending Smiles stamp & Die set. I love all those small narrow sentiments. A really handy stash to have in my repertoire.

For my last card I used the 1-1/2″ strip , layering onto a piece of Shaded Spruce card, a couple of die cut stems toed together with Crumb Cake Bakers Twine and sentiment again from Sending Smiles Stamp & Dies.
